Our commitment to traceability of no name chocolate consists of keeping paper and digital records of the processes of cocoa cultivation, fermentation and drying, packaging, storage and transport. The same applies to all related administrative and financial processes.
At the points of purchase, we monitor the path followed through the cooperatives and Hacienda La Tentación by means of the lots associated with the cocoa bags sold, establishing their origin and traceability of the supply chain for each batch of no name products.
Quality control is performed at each of the subsequent stages: transport, manufacturing, packaging, storage and distribution. Our cocoa meets all the certification requirements of the Echar Pa'Lante program at Hacienda La Tentación.
